A. Elastic Potential Energy - Energy in an object that can be compressed, bent, or stretched.
B. We learn about Elastic Potential Energy in science class and it is very easy to understand but, I see it a lot of times on our tests and get it right.
A. Newton - The unit in the metric system used to measure force.
B. We already learned about Newton and I'm also pretty sure that the law of Newton came from Sir Isac Newton, who discoverd gravity.
A. Force Field - An area around an object where an object can influence another object without touching it.
B. A Force Field is around our planet but, if it breaks then the sun would burn everything up.
A. Inertia - How hard it is to get something moving, stop a moving object, or change the direction of a moving object.
B. We use Inertia when our car breaks down and we have to push it but, its not weight its mass.
Normal Force - an equal but opposite force that pushes back when you stand, sit, or push on a surface so you do not sink through that surface.
B. We fight against Normal force when we ride our bikes but, our mass keeps us going forward.
